Shakespeare® HP-5250S/VRC is a high-power broadband VHF/UHF antenna engineered for reliable military and tactical communications across the 500–2500 MHz frequency range, with a 2 GHz instantaneous bandwidth and 200 W continuous RF power rating. Designed for advanced battlefield applications utilizing high-frequency digital data transmission, this antenna features a patented radiator design that optimizes radiation pattern efficiency across a very wide bandwidth while minimizing pattern up-tilt to maintain strong signal coverage toward the horizon.
Featuring a rugged, MIL-STD-810-compliant, fiberglass composite construction, HP-5250S/VRC is built to withstand the rigors of tracked or wheeled military vehicle applications. It provides a ground-independent, low-angle radiation pattern, and fits the standard U.S. four-bolt antenna mount or spring mount.
